However, once the product is delivered and is under the customer’s care, we cannot provide any guarantee regarding:

  • Tarnishing due to improper care

  • Damage caused by mishandling

  • Colour fading due to chemicals

  • Breakage after use

  • Wear & tear over time

Every jewellery piece requires basic mandatory care, and the customer is responsible for maintaining the product properly.

3. Mandatory Jewellery Care (Customer Responsibility)

To increase the life of your jewellery, you must follow the care guidelines below:

  • Avoid spraying perfume, deodorant, hairspray, or chemicals directly on jewellery.

  • Keep jewellery away from moisture, sweat, pools, and extreme humidity.

  • After use, wipe pieces with a soft cloth and store them in an airtight pouch/box.

  • Avoid sleeping, gymming, or bathing with the jewellery on.

  • Do not keep products under heavy items to prevent bending or breakage.

  • Keep pieces separately to avoid scratches or tangling.

Non-adherence to these care instructions voids any claim of product quality.

4. No Warranty Clause

We do not offer any warranty on jewellery after it is delivered and accepted by the customer.
This includes:

  • No warranty on colour after usage

  • No warranty on polish or plating

  • No replacement for breakage due to personal handling

  • No guarantee for longevity, as each person’s usage, skin type, and care habits differ

All products are quality-checked before shipping.

5. Order & Payment Terms

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be modified.

  • Cancellations are allowed only within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

  • In case of failed or duplicate transactions, refunds will be initiated through the same payment method.

6. Shipping Terms

  • Orders are processed in 24–48 hours.

  • Delivery takes 5–6 business days domestically.

  • International delivery times vary by location.

  • Free shipping on domestic orders above ₹1000.

  • Tracking details will be shared once order is dispatched.

7. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We only accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible Only If:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.

  • A mandatory unboxing video (single continuous clip from package opening) is provided.

  • The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Not Eligible For Return/Exchange:

  • Damage due to customer handling or misuse

  • Tarnishing, colour fading, or breakage after use

  • Earrings (for hygiene)

  • Customized/personalized items

  • Absence of proper opening video

After verifying the video and product, approved refunds may take 5–7 working days to process.

Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by courier partners
